1. Ordering & Payment

When you place an order, we’ll email you a confirmation.
As soon as your order ships, you’ll get the tracking information.

Please note that we may cancel or decline an order if an item is unavailable, if there’s a pricing mistake, or if we detect any signs of fraudulent activity.

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT when applicable. Payments are handled securely via Shopify or PayPal, and we never store your payment details.

2. Shipping

We currently ship only within Europe.
As we are a tiny roastery, we only offer shipping on Mondays and Fridays.

3. Fresh Roasts

All our coffee is freshly roasted to order. For the best taste, we suggest brewing it from around two weeks after roasting and enjoying it within ten weeks. It will still be good after that, just not at its very best.

Since coffee is a perishable product, we generally can’t accept returns unless there’s been an issue with your order.

4. Cancellation Policy

Once an order is placed, refunds for cancellations are only available if the roast process hasn’t commenced.

5. Authorized Resellers

We’re not responsible for purchases made through unauthorized sellers. The only official source for 9 and sol products is our website.
